A roundup can only contain what pays it.
Most lists in this category are funded by referral commission. That is legal and usually disclosed, and it has one structural consequence worth understanding: a product with no affiliate programme cannot appear, however good it is.
Generic tadalafil from your own pharmacy pays nobody. Neither does a discount card, nor the answer “ask at the appointment you already have booked”. Those are frequently the best options available to a given man, and they are invisible in a format funded by referrals — which is why they head the derived order in ours. Each guide also carries one featured placement, pinned to the top by us rather than earned on the criteria. It is labelled “Featured” on the page and named in the disclosure at the foot of it, because a placement a reader cannot identify is exactly the practice we criticise elsewhere. Everything below it is derived.

We say this plainly because a list that hides a placement is worth nothing, and because the rest of this page is only useful if you can trust that distinction.
There are no affiliate or referral links anywhere on this site and we are not paid when you buy. That is why options with no commission attached — a generic from your own pharmacy, a discount card, an appointment you have already booked — appear here at all, and why they rank as highly as they do in the derived order.
