Our assessment
The two pricing models are the thing to understand, because they lead to very different totals. The subscription bundles consultation, medication and delivery into one number. The pay-per-visit route charges for the consultation alone and leaves you buying the drug at a pharmacy.
That second route is quietly the more interesting one, because GoodRx also operates the largest prescription discount network in the country. A one-off visit fee followed by generic tadalafil bought with a discount card is close to the cheapest legitimate path to this medication that exists — and it lands you with an approved drug from a pharmacy rather than a compounded product on a recurring plan.
Everything else is the familiar shape. The consultation is a questionnaire reviewed asynchronously by a clinician. No blood pressure, no examination, no laboratory work, and therefore no chance of finding what is underneath the symptom.
