Our assessment
The headline facts are good ones. This is the approved generic rather than a compounded combination, and roughly a dollar a tablet is genuinely competitive — the same order as a retail pharmacy and well under what the compounded products further down this page charge per dose.
The free consultation deserves a moment of thought rather than gratitude. When the assessment costs nothing and the medication carries the margin, the commercial incentive runs toward prescribing. That does not mean this company prescribes inappropriately, and we have no evidence either way.
