We are a competitor of the companies reviewed on this page. That is a conflict of interest and you should read everything here with it in mind. What we can offer against it: every factual claim is drawn from the company's own published material and linked, every clinical criticism applies equally to us where it applies, and we take no affiliate commission or referral fee from anyone named here — including from the retail pharmacies whose generics we rate most highly.
A live video consultation with a board-certified physician, billed through insurance if you have it, with the prescription sent to whichever pharmacy you already use. The closest thing on this page to an actual medical appointment.

Our assessment
This is the only entry on the page where a physician can ask you a follow-up question. That sounds like a small distinction and it is not. A questionnaire captures the answers it thought to ask for; a conversation captures the thing you mention in passing at minute six, which in this condition is frequently the thing that matters.
Two further structural differences. It bills through insurance, which almost nothing else here does. And the prescription goes to your own pharmacy rather than a captive mail-order channel, which means you can price the drug independently — at Walgreens, tadalafil 10mg runs about a dollar a tablet, so the medication is close to the cheapest available while the consultation is the most substantial.
The honest limit is that video is still not examination. Nobody takes your blood pressure, nobody examines you, and the cardiovascular screening that ought to accompany a new diagnosis of erectile dysfunction does not happen unless the physician orders labs and you go and have them done.
The fee is the trade. A $19.99 monthly membership plus a $129 initial visit is far more than a two-minute questionnaire costs, and if you are simply refilling a medication you have taken for years, that is money spent on a conversation you may not need. If nobody has assessed you properly, it is the best value on this page.
Reasonable for
- Men being treated for erectile dysfunction for the first time
- Men with insurance, who may pay very little for the visit itself
- Men who want the prescription at their own pharmacy so they can price the drug separately
- Men who would benefit from being able to ask a question and get an answer
Not for
- Anyone taking nitrates in any form, including recreational ‘poppers’
- Men who only need a refill and would rather not pay for a consultation
- Men who need a physical examination or cardiovascular workup — that requires being in a room
Important
The information on this website is provided for general education and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Erectile dysfunction can be the first sign of cardiovascular disease, diabetes, or hormonal disorders. Always consult a licensed physician about your individual circumstances, and never start, stop, or change a prescription based on what you read here.
If you want the other thing
A diagnosis, rather than a subscription.
If you have already been assessed and just need a refill, this may serve you well. If nobody has taken your blood pressure in years, that is the appointment to make.
